Scope

This policy covers digital products sold through thewinnerforge.com. It does not cover The 90-Day Forge paperback, which is sold and fulfilled by Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s own purchase and returns process.

What is currently sold

• Stop Negotiating With Yourself — Protocol 01. $10 USD, one-time purchase. A 40-page PDF delivered digitally.
• The Forge Score — Free Diagnostic. $0. Delivered digitally. Because there is no purchase price, there is no payment to refund.
• Notion edition and Complete Bundle. Not currently sold directly.
• The 90-Day Forge paperback. Sold separately through Amazon.

Who you purchase from

Digital purchases made through this website are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the authorised reseller and is the party that processes your payment. The Winner Forge is the publisher of the content.

Every digital purchase is also governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.

Delivery

Digital content is delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, Lemon Squeezy sends an order confirmation and access to your file to the email address entered at checkout. Nothing is shipped.

If the confirmation does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us using the details below.

Refunds

Refund requests for digital purchases are considered case-by-case. They are subject to the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms, the Lemon Squeezy refund process, and applicable law.

We do not offer an unconditional refund window on digital products, and this page does not create one.

As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may process or determine refunds, including at its own discretion, and may decline a request. Lemon Squeezy also handles payment disputes and chargebacks. Further detail is published in the Lemon Squeezy refund and chargeback documentation.

Note that under the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms, downloading or otherwise acquiring digital content begins immediate performance, and the right of withdrawal is lost once that download or transmission has begun.

Problems with a purchase

Contact [email protected] if you experience any of the following:

• a duplicate or repeated charge
• a failed purchase, or a purchase that was never delivered
• a file that will not open, is inaccessible, or is corrupted
• the wrong product, or any other problem with your order

Please include the email address used at checkout and your order information so the purchase can be located. A broken or undelivered product is our problem and we will work to resolve it.

Before raising a chargeback

Lemon Squeezy asks buyers to contact them before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or card issuer. Contacting us first is usually faster, and lets us correct a delivery fault directly.

Paperback purchases

The 90-Day Forge paperback is outside this policy. It is sold, fulfilled and supported by Amazon, and Amazon’s purchase, return and refund process applies to it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this page describes, that law applies.
