Who you are contracting with
The Winner Forge is the publisher and brand responsible for the products and content offered through this website. “The Winner Forge” is a brand and publishing name. It is not represented as a separate LLC, corporation or other registered legal entity.
Digital purchases made through this website are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the authorised reseller and the party that processes your payment. Those transactions are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.

Your licence to the digital content
When you purchase or download a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own personal use.
You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, share, sublicense, publish, upload, or commercially exploit the content, in whole or in part, unless we have expressly permitted it in writing. The content and its design remain the property of The Winner Forge.
